Who can apply for help from Hope & Healing Kidney Foundation?
Any kidney patient in North Texas is welcome to apply — including patients with CKD at any stage, dialysis patients, kidney transplant recipients, and caregivers applying on behalf of a loved one. We do not require proof of income. Every situation is reviewed individually and with compassion.
How do I apply for financial assistance?
Contact us through the form on our Contact page, call us directly, or email Info@hhkidneytx.org. Describe your situation and what you need. We respond within 2 business days.
How does transportation support work?
We coordinate rides to and from dialysis appointments and kidney-related medical appointments for patients who need transportation. Contact us and we will work around your treatment schedule to arrange reliable rides.
How do I get a comfort blanket?
No. All foundation programs are provided at no cost to kidney patients. We are funded by Oakpoint HVAC LLC's 1% revenue pledge and individual donors, so patients never pay for what we provide.
How is the foundation funded?
Hope & Healing Kidney Foundation of Texas is funded in part through a permanent partnership with Oakpoint HVAC LLC, which donates 1% of all processed revenue to our programs. We are also supported by individual donors and community partners.
